Local Agency Guidelines (LAG) manual
The Local Agency Guidelines manual provides policies and standards for local agencies to follow when using Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) funds for transportation projects. Updating the manual is a continual process. Questions, observations and recommendations are invited.
The latest revision of the Local Agency Guidelines manual is available. It can be viewed in its entirety, or in individual chapters.
