File a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise complaint
If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination or harassment in violation of your civil rights, or have a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) issue related to prompt pay, certification, retainage or fraud, you or someone on your behalf may file a complaint with Office of Equity and Civil Rights.

Retaliation will not be tolerated against any person who reports alleged discrimination, harassment or policy violations or participates as a witness in an investigation.
Traction tires are a special type of tire
manufactured with at least 1/8 of an inch tread. Traction tires are usually marked with a mountain/snowflake symbol, the letters M+S or “All Season.”
