Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, WSDOT has set policies to protect people with disabilities from discrimination. Learn more on how to file an ADA complaint, report an ADA issue, or make a request for a public accommodation.

Title VI/Limited English Proficiency

Learn about Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Title VI prohibits discrimination based on race, color or national origin (including people with Limited English Proficiency) in programs or activities receiving federal financial assistance.
