Mandatory employee training
New employees are required to take several trainings through the WSDOT Learning Center.
It can up to two weeks after your start date to gain access to The Learning Center and be registered for Mandatory Trainings (PDF 188KB). All mandatory trainings are assigned to you and can be accessed online in the Learning Center once your account has been activated. These trainings are due within 30-60 days of assignment.
If you cannot access the system after this timeframe, or if you have any questions regarding any of these courses, please contact workforcedevelopment@wsdot.wa.gov with your Employee ID number and start date.
