Replacing the existing 24-inch-diameter high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe and 36-inch-diameter concrete culvert with a 30-foot concrete bridge structure. The work includes a temporary stream diversion system, erosion control, dewatering, clearing and grubbing, tree removal, structure and channel excavation, construction of a temporary traffic bypass, temporary illumination system, temporary drainage, removing existing culverts, installation of one concrete bridge structure, traffic barrier, bridge railing, backfilling, grading, crushed surfacing base course, planing and paving with hot mix asphat (HMA), drainage, pavement marking, signing, guardrail, guardrail anchor, guardrail terminals, stream bed restoration, seed, fertilize, mulch, planting, traffic control and other work. 170 working days.
