Gray Notebook

Dive into the Gray Notebook, our agency's quarterly performance and accountability report.

The Gray Notebook is our agency's quarterly performance and accountability report. Each edition features quarterly, semi-annual and annual updates on key agency functions and provides in-depth analysis of topics that align with Washington's transportation goals as well as our strategic plan.

Project delivery

Quarterly updates on the delivery of projects funded by the 2015 Connecting Washington transportation package, the 2005 Transportation Partnership Account package, the 2003 Nickel transportation funding package, and by Pre-existing Funds, appear in the Gray Notebook's Stewardship section.

Policy goals

WSDOT's Statewide Transportation Policy Goals (PDF 3.8MB) is an overview of the key performance indicators for five of the six transportation policy goals. It shows the current and previous performance mark for each measure, and indicates which way the program is trending.
