WSDOT Glossary

The WSDOT Glossary (PDF 1.8MB) is a developing resource to centralize terms from WSDOT Manuals, documents such as transportation plans, and areas of expertise within the agency. Its purpose is to provide authoritative definitions and source information to support understanding and clear communication among WSDOT practitioners, agency partners and the public. Entries consist of terms (listed alphabetically), definitions, sources, and where applicable, related information.

Slow down on ice and snow.
