  • Notice: Between April 12, 2021 and April 21, 2021 customers who took trips on SR 167, I-405, SR 520, and SR 99 may notice trips were posted to their Good To Go! account with the incorrect time. In addition to the incorrect times, customers who took trips on SR 520 and SR 99 may have also been charged the incorrect rate.

    What should customers do?

    Customers do not need to take any action. WSDOT is automatically crediting Good To Go! accounts for all trips which have been incorrectly posted. The week of May 3, customers will see the trips reposted with the correct time and amount.
