Aircraft Report of Sale form

Use this form to notify WSDOT Aviation within thirty days of any change in ownership of a Washington State registered aircraft.

WSDOT Aviation must be notified within thirty days of any change in ownership of a Washington State registered aircraft. The notification must contain the FAA registration number of the aircraft, the full name and address of the former owner and of the new owner. The registration of that aircraft may be subject to cancellation if notification is not made and may be reinstated upon application and payment of a reinstatement fee of ten dollars by the new owner. (RCW 47.68.250)
