US 101 and SR 115/Olympic Peninsula - Chip Seal

Project overview

This project will repair and preserve three separate areas of two state highways. Crews will also replace failing expansion joints for both Sol Duc River Bridges in Clallam County.

What to expect

Travelers can expect around-the-clock one-way alternating traffic during construction work at the bridges in Clallam County.

There will be daytime one-way alternating traffic for chip seal work in three locations. Travelers also can expected reduced speed limits within each work zone. 

Chip seal locations:

9-miles of US 101 generally between Widen Creek Road and Sol Duc Hot Springs Road (milepost 210.4 to 219.6).

17-miles of US 101 generally between Kalaloch Campground and Hoh River Bridge (milepost 159.4 to 176.6).

2-miles of SR 115 between Ocean Shores and SR 109 (milepost 2.2).
