SR 104 - Kingston Ferry Terminal Traffic Improvement

Project overview

The proposed project would relocate travelers heading to and from the Kingston Ferry Terminal to Northeast 1st Street. This process incorporated many of the features from the 2016 Kingston Complete Street Study. WSDOT is working with local businesses, citizens and Kitsap County to develop potential solutions to improve traffic flow in Kingston and allow for downtown enhancements.

WSDOT and the local partners will also consider exploring the feasibility of constructing a ferry holding lot on property owned by WSDOT near Lindvog Street and SR 104.
