Second North Spokane Corridor community discussion Wednesday, Oct. 16

SPOKANE – Public and active transportation users are invited to the second in a series of community conversations surrounding the North Spokane Corridor (NSC) final connection project.

The meeting will focus on architectural themes for the Interstate 90 corridor and associated NSC connection projects. Following discussion of the architectural themes, there will be brief discussion on future stormwater, utility plans, tree replacement for the corridor and pedestrian bridges over I-90 near South Lee Street and South Lacey Street.

The purpose of the meetings is to gather regularly, receive feedback and foster meaningful dialogue and strengthen relationships between the Washington State Department of Transportation and community members. Additional meetings are planned for the third Wednesday of every month through May 2025.
