Metallized windshields

Passes may not work with certain windshields. However, many of these windshields have a designated area where Good To Go! passes will work. If you believe that your windshield may be interfering with your Good To Go! pass, you should take the following steps:

  1. Contact your local dealership or consult your owner’s manual to see if your vehicle has an area in the windshield for radio transponders including Good To Go! passes.
  2. If you find that your windshield does not have a "cut out" area for a Good To Go! transponder, you will need a license plate pass for your vehicle.
  3. If you carpool on the I-405 express toll lanes, you will need to take additional steps to drive for free from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please contact us and we will notify you how to carpool toll-free with a license plate pass.
