Walk-in centers have been closed since March 18

SEATTLE – To reduce operating costs, the Washington State Department of Transportation will not reopen the Good To Go! walk-in customer service centers located in Bellevue and Gig Harbor.

WSDOT temporarily closed all Good To Go! walk-in centers on March 18 in response to COVID-19.

As commuters across the region changed their travel patterns in response to COVID-19, WSDOT experienced a $32 million shortfall in toll revenue from March through May. Closing the walk-in centers in Gig Harbor and Bellevue is projected to reduce operating costs by approximately $1.25 million per year.

Most customers never need to visit a walk-in center at all and can manage almost every aspect of their account online at MyGoodToGo.com or over phone using the automated phone menu. Customers who want to pay their tolls using cash can do so online or over the phone using a prepaid debit card or by mailing in a cashier’s check. Checks can be mailed to Good To Go!, P.O. Box 300326, Seattle, WA 98103.

Following today’s announcement, the Bellevue and Gig Harbor locations are closed permanently. WSDOT will continue to work with the Governor’s Office to determine when the Seattle location, which is co-located with the Good To Go! call center, can reopen. However, the priority remains keeping employees and drivers healthy.
