The Joint Operations Policy Statement (JOPS) documents the joint policy positions between the Washington State Patrol (WSP), the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), and the Washington Fire Chief (WFC) regarding issues of mutual interest in the operations of Washington State Highways and the Washington State Ferries.
