What to expect

During construction, a single-lane bypass detour will be built adjacent to the northbound lane of State Route 25 to facilitate traffic while culvert replacement and reconstruction of the road occurs. Travelers can expect a reduced speed limit approaching the work zone and one-way alternating traffic with a temporary traffic signal or flaggers. Please remember to slow down in work zones and watch for road crews.

Work for this project includes roadway excavation, gravel borrow, embankment compaction, rock for erosion protection, HMA paving, erosion control, seeding, fertilizing, and mulching, installing guardrail, temporary barrier, centerline rumble strips, pavement markings, trenchless culvert replacement, traffic control and other work.
