SR 20/Kearney St I/S – Roundabout – Completed June 2024

A rendering of the roundabout concept to be built on State Route 20 at Kearney Street in Port Townsend.

The detour map for Phase 1: Eastbound traffic will detour onto Benedict Street and Washington Street before returning to SR 20. Westbound traffic will turn right onto Kearney Street and left onto Jefferson Street before returning to SR 20.

Detour map for Phase 2: Eastbound traffic will continue to use Benedict Street and Washington Street. Westbound traffic will use the southern side of the new roundabout through the intersection with Kearney Street.
