What to expect

The chip seal project includes shoulder finishing, constructing bituminous surface treatment (BST), crack sealing, hot mix asphalt (HMA) paving, pavement repair, and pre-level, centerline rumble strips, fog seal, pavement markings, guideposts, traffic control and other work.

During construction, travelers can expect a reduced traffic speed approaching the work zone and intermittent single-lane closures. Additionally, users can expect one-way alternating traffic with flaggers at times, with wait times up to 20 minutes. Please remember to slow down in work zones and watch for road crews.
