This project provides for the improvement of Logan Creek fish passage along SR 538 in Mount Vernon located in Skagit County by replacing the existing culvert with a new buried fish passage structure.

What to expect
This project is complete and travelers should not expect any construction related travel delays.
WSDOT will replace the existing Logan Creek culvert underneath SR 538 with a wider box culvert in fall 2021. The current culvert is a barrier to fish.
