SR 525 — Clinton Ferry Terminal Vicinity — Pedestrian Connectivity - Completed June 2023

Project overview

This connectivity project improved the pedestrian access route on State Route 525 in Clinton from the Park & Ride at Deer Lake Road (milepost 8.9) to the Washington State Ferries — Clinton Ferry Terminal (milepost 8.5).

Project improvements included the sidewalk, crosswalks, additional lighting and enhanced safety features to provide a better route for pedestrians and cyclists from the parking lot to the ferry terminal.

What to expect

This project was completed in September 2023. Travelers should not expect to see any construction-related delays in the project area. Improvements included new sections of ADA compliant sidewalks, crosswalks, additional lighting and enhanced safety features to provide a better route to the ferry terminal for pedestrians and cyclists.

This project is located along State Route 525, between the Clinton Park & Ride and the Clinton Ferry Terminal.
