Project overview
The first roundabout on the US 97 corridor at the McDonald/Becker intersection near Toppenish is complete. A second roundabout will be built at US 97 and Jones Road at a later date.

What to expect
During construction, WSDOT and contractor crews will keep US 97 open and traffic moving. Single-lane and shoulder closures will occur periodically with minor delays. A detailed construction schedule has not been approved, however, travelers will receive advanced notice in the infrequent event of a full closure.
Two roundabouts will be constructed on US 97 between Toppenish and Union Gap.
