Bridge Design Schedule (pdf 135kb)

Bridge & Structures work flow (pdf 109 kb)
The process for design of bridges & structures starting with scheduling then continues to preliminary design, structural design, specification & cost estimate development, and finally construction support. Bridge Site Data is provided by the Region to start the preliminary design phase. A Geotechnical Report is provided by the Materials Lab for the structural design phase. The Design Office Work Flow also lists relevant Work Items related to each design phase and the Primary Contact of the position title within the Bridge Design Office responsible for the Work Items. See the Contact list for Primary Contact information.
