SR 16, Goodnough Creeks & McCormick Creeks - Remove Fish Barrier

Contract summary

WSDOT plans to remove 8 existing fish barriers within Pierce County, City of Gig Harbor and City of Purdy with fish passable structures utilizing a Design-Build Delivery method. WSDOT will use a two-step procurement process to select a Design-Build Contractor to deliver this Project. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued as the first step to solicit information in the form of Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). The SOQ will be evaluated to create a short-list of the most highly qualified Design-Build Submitters. In the second step, the short-listed Design-Build Proposers will be issued a Request for Proposal (RFP). The proposals will be evaluated and WSDOT will select the Design-Build Team that provides the Apparent Best Value based on the
