KINGSTON – Community members and local businesses are invited to an open house to see proposed changes to State Route 104 in downtown Kingston. The proposal would relocate travelers to Northeast 1st Street in order to accommodate travelers heading to and from the Kingston Ferry Terminal.

The upcoming Washington State Department of Transportation open house follows an in-depth process with local businesses, citizens and Kitsap County. The group has worked to develop potential solutions to improve traffic flow in Kingston.
