Project overview
This project will rehabilitate roughly 13 miles of Interstate 90 from Ritzville to approximately five miles east of Sprague Lake in Adams County. Once the project is completed by grinding and inlaying new HMA (Hot Mix Asphalt), the roadway surface will have a smoother ride that will be preserved for years to come. This project will also repair 11 bridge decks along the way.
