How to bid on a contract

Step 1: Prequalify

Learn about the different types of prequalification for public works contracts, find applications and forms, learn about prequalified contractors, and find prequalification laws and rules.

Step 2: Order plans and specifications

Submit your request to bid and order electronic or paper plans and proposals.

Step 3: Submit your bid electronically

You can bid electronically through BidX, and submit electronic bonds using Surety 2000 or InsureVision.
