Please start with making sure that all mandatory courses already assigned under the "My Courses" button in the LMS have been taken before looking for additional training. Click on the guide above for instructions on accessing the LMS both on and off the WSDOT network.

WSDOT Learn has many soft skill (communication, people skills, etc.) courses that you can take. If you are not connect to the WSDOT network you will need to log in with WSDOT/your DOT email address and current WSDOT computer password after clicking the link above.
