REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees are payable by credit card through our online registration system. Registration fees for the 2009 conference:

Delegate Full Registration $600.00
Guests/Spouses $225.00

Vendor and sponsor registration fees vary based size of booth space or level of sponsorship. For more information about sponsorship or tradeshow opportunities, contact J. Garrett Leeson.

PLANNING TRAVEL

We recommend that you arrive in Seattle by 3 p.m. Sunday, July 12. This allows time for travel to downtown and settling in at the conference before the 6 p.m. Opening Reception at the Space Needle.

Delegates planning to participate in the Sunday morning golf tournament should arrive in Seattle Saturday night, July 11.

This year’s conference concludes with dinner at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 15, making an overnight stay and travel on Thursday the best option.
