The Pre-Apprenticeship & Supportive Services (PASS) Program exists to provide funding for specific supportive services and pre-apprenticeship training for females, minorities, and socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
Pre-apprenticeships are hands-on training programs that help prepare people for entry and success in the construction trades.
