The Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) manages and monitors the Washington State Department of Transportation's External Civil Rights Programs.  These programs include:

  • Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE)
  • Minority & Women Business Enterprises (M/WBE)
  • Small Business Enterprises (SBE)
  • On the Job Training (OJT)
  • Equal Employment Opportunity Contract Compliance (EEO CC)
  • Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO)
  • Title VI
  • Limited English Proficiency (LEP)
  • Environmental Justice (EJ)

Bonding Education Program - FREE - Four week workshop on increasing the successfulness and bonding capacity of your company.

Launch & Grow Your Business Series are designed to optimize the small business owner’s path to success by providing the information they need to plan, finance and operate a profitable company in today’s environment. The 10 weeks program consists of 8 workshops and 2 weeks of one-on-one technical assistance.
