Aircraft dealer license forms

An aircraft dealer is a person engaged in the business of selling, exchanging, or acting as a broker of aircraft within a calendar year. Every dealer needs to submit an application for an aircraft dealer's license.

Applying for the first time?

Have your Bond Company send our office an original of your Bond. Print out and fill in all the forms (please note, form 900-040 requires two originals), have the application notarized and return by mail with a check to:

Bond expired or changed?

Submit a new WSDOT form 900-041, Aircraft Dealer License Bond, along with a power of attorney from your insurance company. This form must be signed by the dealer and a representative from your insurance company.

All documents signed and notarized must be originals. We do not accept photocopies.

Current Aircraft Dealer?

You must renew your license prior to January 31 of each year.

Print out and fill in all the forms, have the application notarized, and return by mail with a check, to the address above.

Slow down on ice and snow.

It's easier to skid or lose control traveling at higher speeds. Give yourself more time to stop.

Carry chains, practice installing them.

Winter conditions could mean chains are required on your route. Practice putting them on your vehicle ahead of time.

Pack your winter car kit.

Carry extra supplies like warm clothing, ice scraper and brush, jumper cables and other emergency items.
