This document presents a plan for pile driving research based on the issues and needs of the WSDOT and resource agencies and on discussions that took place during an April 2004 pile driving workshop that was sponsored by WSDOT and coordinated by Battelle. The work plan is designed to meet WSDOT/WSF needs for pile driving research and to further understanding of pile driving impacts to aquatic animals in the Puget Sound.
