Environmental Classification Summary Form

An ongoing challenge is the “right-sizing” of discipline reports so that they contain the appropriate level of documentation. Local Agencies are encouraged to consult with the Regional Local Program Engineer during the project kick off meeting to correctly scope the necessary discipline reports.
