WSDOT Highways and Local Programs (H&LP) sponsors the Bridge Replacement Advisory Committee (BRAC) which provides advice to H&LP's Director to help inform the selection of bridge projects for funding from the Highway Bridge Program (HBP). HBP provides funding for replacement and rehabilitation for deficient bridges and large preventative maintenance projects.
