Microsoft Teams
WSDOT employees now have an additional tool to connect and work together virtually with Microsoft Teams.
Microsoft Teams is cloud-based team collaboration software that is part of the Office 365 suite of applications. The core capabilities in Microsoft Teams include business messaging, calling, video meetings and file sharing. Below are tips from on how to use and access Microsoft Teams and a link to virtual training:

Please note: At this time, requests for Microsoft Teams Sites can be made through the WSDOT ITD Service Desk. Requests will be prioritized based on the criteria employed by the Enterprise Technology Board (ETB), with the understanding by site owners that they will incur additional work to accommodate governance conventions at the time of statewide deployment.
