Description: WSDOT contractor crews are repaving eastbound SR 18 between Southeast 304th Street in Auburn and Southeast 256th Street in Covington. Crews are also resurfacing the westbound SR 18 overpass at Issaquah-Hobart Road.

Milton Rd Vic to SR 18 Paving & ADA Compliance - #9350

Description: WSDOT contractor crews are grinding and repaving both directions of SR 161 between Milton Road South and SR 18 in Federal Way. Crews will also assess the transitions from sidewalks to crosswalks, known as curb ramps, and upgrade them when necessary to provide better sidewalk connections for people of all abilities.

SR 203

Maintenance between Carnation and Duvall

Description: WSDOT geotechnical engineers will be assessing the soil beneath SR 203 to determine the cause of a slow-moving slide that has created cracks on the roadway. 

  • Until further notice - SR 203 between Northeast 124th Street in Duvall and Northeast Carnation Farm Road in Carnation is reduced to one open lane with alternating traffic through the single open lane.

Loutsis Creek Fish Passage - #9545

Description: To improve passage for native and migratory fish, contractor crews working for WSDOT will replace the culvert with an arched structure and build a more natural creek bed under the highway.

SR 522

City of Bothell Project - Stage 3

Description: This project is a continuation of the SR 522 Stage 1 and Stage 2 improvements. It will provide road improvements and business access and transit (BAT) lanes from the end of Stage 1 and 2 improvements to 83rd Place NE (the new western City limits). This stage of the project is part of the Sound Transit SR 522/NE 145th Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project that will widen the existing lanes of SR 522 and create Business Access and Transit (BAT) lanes in both directions. Additionally, this project will add a sidewalk on the north side, install center medians and street lights, and relocate utilities underground.
