Blocking Incidents
  • I-90 Snoqualmie Pass is closed both directions due to a multiple vehicle collision. Westbound traffic is stopped at exit 70, Easton. Eastbound traffic is stopped at exit 34 North Bend. There is no estimated reopening time.
  • On US 2/97 near Cashmere (milepost 110), eastbound off ramp and westbound turn lane to W. Cashmere Bridge/Goodwin Rd. are closed. The road will be torn up and a crew builds a roundabout just north of Vale Road. Traffic will be shifted around the work area and travelers can expect flagger controlled traffic during working hours.
  • SR-123 Cayuse Pass is open for the season
  • The Iron Goat Rest Area on US 2 at milepost 58, approximately 9 miles east of Skykomish, is closed for the winter.
Construction Closures
  • On US 97 between milepost 159 and 160 (Swauk campground), Monday only from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., expect flagger controlled traffic with delays where the contractor is completing striping and shoulder repair.   • On US 2 between milepost 130 and 139 (East Wenatchee to Orondo), Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., expect flagger controlled traffic with delays where a failed section of wheelrut chipseal is being repaired between the cities of East Wenatchee and Orondo.
  • On US 97A between milepost 201 and 218 (Wenatchee to Entiat), Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., expect traffic controlled with automatic flagger assistance device and delays where a crew is clearing out the ditch.
  • I-90 milepost 34 to 136, North Bend to Vantage: There are a number of maintenance and construction work zones between North Bend and Vantage. Motorists will experience minor delays this week due to lane closures and intermittent rolling slowdowns. Pay attention and slow down as you enter and exit our work zones.
  • On SR 169 northbound & southbound just north of Cedar Grove Rd (MP 18) all lanes are closed due to roadwork.
  • Monday, October 18, to the evening of Friday, October 22 – A southbound lane of SR 203 between East Rutherford Street and East Eugene Street will close from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily.

  • Monday, October 18, to Friday, October 22 – There will be alternating single lane traffic on SR 164 between mileposts 8.2 and 8.3 will close from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
  • Monday, October 18, to the evening of Friday, October 22 – Flaggers will alternate traffic for both directions of SR 164 between mileposts 8.20 to 8.30 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
  • Wednesday, October 20, to the morning of Thursday, October 21 - Traffic for both directions of SR 9 between Granite Falls Highway (SR 92) and the SR 531 interchange will alternate a single lane from 10 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.
  • On I-90 eastbound at Exit 174 offramp, expect lane shifts and local traffic revisions. Prichard Road will be open to eastbound traffic only with Idaho Rd. and Laguna Dr. open for motorists traveling south from there.
  • On SR 26 at milepost 32, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., expect flagger controlled traffic with brief delays where the contractor is building a transmission powerline adjacent to the highway.
