Build the necessary infrastructure and power supply to enable charging of hybrid electric ferries at Colman Dock Slips #1 and #3. The design build contractor will work closely and collaboratively with the Washington State Ferries, systems integrator, vessel charging system (VCS) supplier, and Seattle City Light to provide a complete system.
