Contractor crews working for WSDOT repaved SR 516 between 102nd Place SE and 132nd Avenue SE in Kent during summer 2017. It was rutted and had cracks. The highway was last paved in 2000. Repaving the highway preserves vital infrastructure and provides a smoother, safer driving surface.
