A new Administration Building was the final phase of the master plan development of the North Central Region Complex at Euclid Avenue. With the move now complete the now-surplus Wenatchee Avenue Region Office property can be sold and turned to the City of Wenatchee tax roll.
Why was a new office needed?
The new Region office houses both the RO staff and the Project Engineering office staff. The 1930’s era administration building it replaced would have been prohibitively expensive to renovate as would the 34 year old project engineering used modular portable construction site offices that were only intended to be temporary.
The End Result
Consolidation of region administration and project engineering office staff into one building.
Project Benefits
Collocating staff, facilities and functions saves money by greatly improving efficiency.
