Welcome to Washington State Ferries’ Business Wave2Go website!

Business Wave2Go is for businesses that have a pre-qualified account with Washington State Ferries. This program provides the convenience of a business charge card for your frequent travelers to use at the tollbooth and the ability to purchase single fares over the internet as needed.

Business Wave2Go Online
Sign on with your secure business account ID provided by WSF to purchase tickets and print them at your office. This allows you to control who travels and what fares are billed to your account. As an added benefit, you can purchase a ticket on the internet and email it to an employee or customer for their use within seven (7) days. Tickets are sent to your e-mail address, as an attachment. Don't buy tickets online if you can't wait up to 30 minutes to receive them before heading to the ferry. Your authorized employees may use the Business Wave2Go Card at the tollbooth to securely charge their fares to your business account. The WSF ticket seller will ring up the fares for your employee and/or vehicle. Your employee will swipe their Business Wave2Go Card, sign the electronic signature pad, and then board the vessel. It is fast and easy! This will eliminate cash handling and there is no manual paperwork at the tollbooth. At the end of the month you will receive a consolidated statement for all fares purchased on your account.

Remember: Washington State Ferries recommends drivers return their sales receipt to their corporate or agency headquarters to facilitate monthly statement reconciliation.

Business Wave2Go is currently available. Click on the “Account Registration” above to activate your account. You’ll need your charge account number with Washington State Ferries and your Tax ID to begin. We will be sending a letter to all business accounts informing them to sign up for their Business Wave2Go account. When you sign up, you will be provided access to Business Wave2Go Online after 24 hours.
