Welcome to Washington State Ferries’ Business Wave2Go website!

Business Wave2Go is for businesses that have an approved, existing account with Washington State Ferries. It is fast and easy! The Business Wave2Go program eliminates cash handling for your drivers, plus saves time as there is no manual paperwork at the tollbooth (to open a new Wave2Go account, please call 206.515.3979 for an application).

The Wave2Go Commercial Business Account program provides the convenience and security of a business charge card for your frequent travelers to use at the tollbooth, as well as the ability to purchase single fares online at the WSF web store whenever you wish to travel.

Business Wave2Go Online

You may use your Business Wave2Go cards at the Tollbooths or online at the WSF web store. Simply access your secure Wave2Go business account with the WSF account number and secure password. Web store tickets arrive to you via your email address as an attachment; open the attachment, print off the ticket and take it with you to the Ferry; this is your valid ticket to board. Wave2Go Re-Value Card As an added benefit, you may also purchase a ticket online and forward the email to any employee or authorized user for travel within ninety (90) days. This allows you to control who travels when and what fares are charged to your account. Please do not buy any tickets online if you cannot wait up to 30 minutes to receive them before heading to the ferry. Business Wave2Go at the Tollbooth
Your authorized employees may use the Business Wave2Go Card at the tollbooth to securely charge their fares to your business account. The WSF ticket seller will scan your employees’ Wave2Go card to charge their fare for passenger or vehicle travel. Your employee will receive a white sales receipt from the Ticket Seller that is their ticket to board the Ferry.

Remember: Washington State Ferries recommends drivers return their sales receipt to their corporate or agency headquarters to facilitate monthly statement reconciliation.

Each month you will receive your WSF monthly invoice via email. The WSF monthly invoice will display all account activity for the month including any charges, credits, payments and adjustments if applicable. WSF account terms are Net 30.
