Rideshare Vanpool Carpool

WSF Rideshare Permits:  Welcome Vanpools & Carpools

Ferry Perks for Vanpools and Carpools:
Sharing the ride during your commute benefits you in two ways: money saved in gas and time saved in ferry lines. WSF gives preferential loading on specified sailings for registered Vanpools and Carpools.

Thank you for your interest in WSF's Preferential Loading program for permitted vanpools and carpools.  At this time, WSF is accepting new applicants for the rideshare permit program on all routes (except San Juan Islands).

Incomplete or inaccurate applications will not be processed. All information asked for on the application must be filled in its entirety.

Permits will be issued as received. Your permit will be valid one year from the date of issue, not one year from date of application or one year from your current permit's expiration date.  If renewing online, allow 4 days minimum. If renewing by mail, allow 10 days.
