Lost and Found
Lost and found items are taken to the Anacortes ferry terminal.You can reach the Lost & Found Department at 206-515-3439. Their hours of operation are 10:00am to 6:00pm Thursday thru Monday, closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Our Information Agents can also assist you with lost & found inquiries from 7:00am through 5:45pm daily at 206-464-6400 or 1-888-808-7977.
Anacortes Construction Notice
Plan ahead, check the map and make sure you pay attention to the signs along the way. It’s the best way to ensure that you get to your destination safely and quickly. One way to get up to date traffic and construction information before you leave your home or office is by signing up for the SR 20 e-mail update. During the summer we may send these updates as often as once a week. You’ll get advance notice of upcoming construction closures or delays delivered right to your inbox. Directions to Anacortes from SeaTac Airport
From the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, allow a minimum of 2 hours driving time to Anacortes and plan to arrive at least an hour before your ferry is scheduled to depart. Follow road signs to the freeway. Drive north to enter eastbound on 518. You will need to get on I-5 North, just follow the road signs. Take I-5 North for approximately 85 miles to state route 20. Take exit 230, turn left at the light and follow the signs into downtown Anacortes. Turn left on 12th Street - our terminal is 4-5 miles outside town.
Anacortes Bicycle Information
When traveling on the ferries, bicyclists may bypass the line of vehicle traffic to get onto the ferry dock but must go through a tollbooth. Bicyclists should arrive 20 minutes prior to departure time to be loaded at the beginning of loading. If a bicyclist arrives after vehicle loading has begun, they will be loaded at the end of the load. Please follow the directions of our crew.
WSF Fare Discounts
Multi-Ride Commuter Cards provide discounted fares for customers who commute daily to work, school or who ride the ferry frequently.
The Anacortes Terminal sells fares to four different destinations in the San Juan’s with fares varying, depending on destination and day of the week traveled. cards for vehicle including driver contain 5 round-trip tickets, and passenger cards have 10 round-trip tickets.
Passengers with a disability or who have reached the age of 65, pay half the adult passenger fare.
Passengers 6 through the age of 18, receive a 20% youth fare discount from the adult passenger fare. All fares are collected westbound only. Multi-ride cards are good for 90 days from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

Anacortes Food Service Information
The Cheesecake Café provides food service at the Anacortes Terminal between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily, and until 7:00 p.m. on Friday. They feature pastries, bagels and breakfast sandwiches in the morning and deli sandwiches and salads are available for lunch or a grab-and-go. The Cheesecake Café also offers espresso and a wide assortment of cookies and other goodies. Visit them on your next trip to the San Juans or Sidney.

Motorcycles at Anacortes
Motorcyclists queue, along with vehicles, in traffic line prior to tollbooths. Proceed to motorcycle staging area in front of holding lanes as directed by ticket seller or traffic attendant. Loading order: bicycles, motorcycles, then vehicles, late arriving motorcycles will be loaded as space permits. Space may be limited to 30 motorcycles per sailing.
Once onboard, please be sure that you don't park your motorcycle in the yellow striped walkways or block vehicle access.

Trucks at Anacortes
With the smaller boat running in the San Juans, expect heavy truck traffic on the first 2 sailings in the morning. Trucks going standby are advised to travel between the 8:30am - 11:00am time frame.
WSF requires trucks with a gross vehicle weight of over 80,000 lbs and/or over 8’6” wide to have “travel approval” before crossing any of our routes. Vessels on this route have a limited height clearance and trucks may be loaded out of sequence.
Trucks that have a gross vehicle weight of over 80,000 lbs but are hauling less than 80,000 lbs will need to provide a weight slip.
