Recent Progress

The 2005 Transportation Partnership Funding Package allocated $36 million to construct this project.  The future of this funding is unknown and jeopardizes the scheduled completion dates for the design and right of way acquisition processes.

Draft intersection and interchange plans have been prepared for this project.  Access hearing Waivers have been acquired from all but two impacted property owners by the Myra Street interchange and Last Chance Road intersection.  The two outstanding waivers are expected shortly.

Design Construction Impacts

The Project Management Plan and updated schedule for the addition of Myra Road interchange and Last Chance road have been completed.  Team endorsement was obtained in September.
