Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement

Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement cover image

The contractor constructing the portion of the I-90 project from the snowshed to Keechelus Lake Dam proposed a design modification to replace the snowshed with avalanche bridges instead of an expanded snowshed.

FHWA and WSDOT prepared a Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to compare and contrast the benefits and impacts of the avalanche bridges instead of the expanded snowshed.
