SR 18

8th to 277th Southbound HOT Lane - #8665

Description: This project will widen SR 167 to add a lane in the southbound direction from Kent to Auburn and extend the existing High Occupancy Toll (HOT) Lanes system south on SR 167 in the Green River Valley.

Downtown Seattle/SODO Construction Closures

Aurora Ave - George Washington Memorial Br 99/560 (Stage 1) - #8727

Description: WSDOT contractor crews are cleaning and painting portions of the SR 99 George Washington Memorial Bridge, which is more popularly and commonly known as the Aurora Avenue Bridge.

  • Thursday, Sept. 29 - The right lane of northbound SR 99/Aurora Avenue North at the Aurora Bridge will be closed from 8 to 11 a.m.

Federal Way Surveying Work

RAMP CLOSURES

  • Monday, Sept. 26, to Thursday, Sept. 29 - The right lane of the Ellingson Road on-ramp to northbound SR 167 will be closed from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily.
  • Tuesday, Sept. 27, to the morning of Thursday, Sept. 29 - The 8th Street East on-ramp to northbound SR 167 will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nighty. A signed detour will be in place. Some of this work is weather dependent.
  • Wednesday, Sept. 28, to the morning of Friday, Sept. 30 - The northbound SR 167 ramp to eastbound SR 18 will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly. A signed detour will be in place.
  • Wednesday, Sept. 28, to the morning of Friday, Sept. 30 - The southbound SR 167 off-ramp to 8th Street East will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly. A signed detour will be in place. This work is weather dependent.
  • Wednesday, Sept. 28, to the morning of Thursday, Sept. 29 - The 8th Street East on-ramp to southbound SR 167 will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. a signed detour will be in place.

LANE CLOSURES

  • Monday, Sept. 26, to the morning of Friday, Sept. 30 - Two lanes of southbound SR 167 from 3rd Avenue Southwest to 8th Street East will be closed from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly. There will also be a rolling slowdown from 11:45 p.m. to 2:45 a.m. overnight Monday and overnight Thursday. This work is weather dependent.

CITY STREET CLOSURES

  • Monday, Sept. 26, to Friday, Sept. 30 - The right lane of westbound Ellingson Road at SR 167 will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
  • Monday, Sept. 26, to the morning of Friday, Sept. 30 - The right lane of westbound Ellingson Road at SR 167 will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly.
Pacific to Auburn Tolling Maintenance Work

Description: WSDOT maintenance crews are conducting maintenance work on tolling equipment on SR 167 in Pacific, Algona and Auburn.

  • Wednesday, Sept. 28, to the morning of Thursday, Sept. 29 - Up to two left lanes of southbound SR 167 from 15th Street Southwest to 1st Avenue North will be closed beginning with the HOT lane at 8 p.m. All lanes will reopen by 5 a.m.
  • Thursday, Sept. 29, to the morning of Friday, Sept. 30 - Up to two left lanes of southbound SR 167 from 1st Avenue North to the county line will be closed beginning with the HOT lane at 8 p.m. All lanes will reopen by 5 a.m.
  • Monday, Oct. 3, to the morning of Tuesday, Oct. 4 - Up to two left lanes of southbound SR 167 from 37th Street Northwest to 15th Street Northwest will be closed beginning with the HOT lane at 8 p.m. All lanes will reopen by 5 a.m.
  • Monday, Oct. 3, to the morning of Tuesday, Oct. 4 - Up to two left lanes of southbound SR 167 at SR 18 will be closed beginning with the HOT lane at 8 p.m. All lanes will reopen by 5 a.m.
  • Tuesday, Oct. 4, to the morning of Wednesday, Oct. 5 - Up to two left lanes of southbound SR 167 from 15th Street Southwest to 1st Avenue North will be closed beginning with the HOT lane at 8 p.m. All lanes will reopen by 5 a.m.

Little Bear Creek Fish Barrier Removal - #8865

  • Monday, Sept. 26, to the morning of Thursday, Sept. 29 - Northeast 76th Street at SR 202/Redmond Way will be closed from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. A signed detour will be in place. This work is weather dependent.
  • Monday, Sept. 26, to the morning of Thursday, Sept. 29 - The eastbound SR 202/Redmond Way on-ramp to westbound SR 520 will be closed from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly. A signed detour will be in place. This work is weather dependent.
  • Monday, Sept. 26, to the morning of Thursday, Sept. 29 - The left lane of the eastbound SR 520 off-ramp to SR 202/Redmond Way will be closed from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly. All traffic must turn right onto eastbound SR 202/Redmond Way. A signed detour will be in place. This work is weather dependent.

Crystal Mountain Surveying Work

SR 513

West Approach Bridge North - #8625

Description: The West Approach Bridge North Project is the latest phase of construction of the SR 520 Bridge Replacement and HOV Program and will extend SR 520's three westbound lanes from the new floating bridge to the Montlake area in Seattle.

  • Wednesday, Sept. 28, to the morning of Friday, Sept. 30 - A single lane of Lake Washington Boulevard East between Montlake Boulevard East/SR 513 and 24th Avenue East will be intermittently closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly. Flaggers will alternate traffic through the open lane.
 

SR 515

I-405/SR 167 Interchange Direct Connector - #8811
