CENTRALIA – The Washington State Department of Transportation invites the public to an open house to learn more about recent design refinements for the I-5, Mellen Street to Blakeslee Junction project.
The I-5, Mellen Street to Blakeslee Junction project will improve safety and reduce congestion on I-5 through Lewis County. Construction should begin in 2012.
Details of the open house are as follows:

Centralia, WA
The public can view displays at the open house and talk to WSDOT staff about details of the project, including interchange improvements, traffic modifications and other improvements. Feedback about the projects, associated concerns and suggestions from the public are also welcome. There will be no formal presentations, so the public is encouraged to stop by anytime between 4 and 7 p.m.
