BELLEVUE – Drivers can expect delays on the ramp from southbound I-405 to eastbound I-90 tomorrow while crews pour concrete for the deck of the new southbound I-405 bridge over I-90. Drivers should expect delays while crews use a pilot car to guide concrete trucks safely into and out of the work zone on the ramp from southbound I-405 to eastbound I-90 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
