EVERETT – Crews cancelled the Dec. 15 closure on the exit ramp from northbound Interstate 5 to eastbound US 2 in Everett due to a wet weather forecast. They planned to work on stormwater drainage during the closure and will reschedule for drier weather.

This work is part of a $263 million project to widen I-5 with additional lanes and make other freeway improvements through Everett.
